Dean Sawyer | March 5, 2009Everyone has a unique learning ability. If you think of learning as existing on a spectrum with reading on the left (an individual effort) and one-on-one discussions (a mentoring activity) on the right you have all the combinations covered. As you move towards the center you encounter the combinations that cover videos and team coaching/training. I am one of those towards the far right of the spectrum where I need to ask the unique and what if questions to get a tailored understanding from a broad persective to understand the details. Through mentoring I have been able to achieve far greater things than I believed possible. One-on-one training would provide me a true understanding on how to become independently profitable. With this new independence I could focus my energy to helping others.

Rinus | March 5, 2009I think it would help me if it addresses my problems in the following way: I have been trying forex trading on and off for a few years and found that there are many profitable systems. I have not been profitable mainly because of self-discipline issues(human nature in general) ,finding levels(pivot, support and resistance, camarilla etc.) difficult to interperate and sticking to trading plan without getting despondent to soon and searching ,trying the next thing( method,EA,trigger provider, ebook etc).So if one-on-one training will help with that ,I know I can be a successful trader.

james lewis | March 5, 2009I have been on a few courses some good, some bad, some expensive some not. Each one is run by someone who seems to know what “they” are doing and they make “it” (trading) sound awfully easy to do. I always leave with a renewed “fired up” enthusiasm until I get home in front of the computer and switch on my charts. Then it all becomes a total mystery again. Every time I have thought if only I could have the instructor sitting there with me. I feel that is the only way to really “get” the intricacies of trading to the point of actually being able to make money.

Marilyn | March 5, 2009I feel that one-on-one training would help me to recognize trades I might otherwise overlook. I would like the support of a pro at identifying set-ups. Certainly an experienced professional would be able to express their thoughts about when to take a trade, and when to wait. I know that hearing the thought process as to ‘why’ and ‘when’ to enter a trade would help me. Also to learn the ins and outs of the actual mechanics of how to set up the platform for multi-contract trades. And finally, how to manage a trade when in it.

Dave P | March 5, 2009Quick Answer: One-on-one training would help me become a better trader by reducing the fear of loss and establish a reliable cash flow to replace my lost income due to job layoff.
Personally incurred ~50% losses during the “buy and hold” mutual fund era from 2000-2003 that caused me to move to money market. Also, a number of friends have recently lost 40-65% of their retirement portfolios. Mentoring would signficantly reduce the uncertainty and fear that are keeping me in money market.
Due to the economic downturn, I lost my job and income last December . For our family it is urgent that I create a reliable money stream. . A trading method-platform along with mentoring could replace the lost income and produce sustainable cash flow.

I think that one on one UMT will help me
Michael | March 5, 2009I think that one on one UMT will help me to become a better trader because it is a SINGLE package.. Let me explain.. I’m used to trying different systems out there.. then I found out that many are just bull****. Anyway, I’ve narrowed my list down to just 2-3 programs.. a neural net. a newsfeed and a live web based training/seminar type of system.. So far, this is the best that I can come up with after 10 years of searching.. What I really want is a SINGLE system.. I have a live guy only for stocks.. but for options.. I have to go over to another site and go through their complete list of software stuff.. too any factors.. All I need is one.. I used to work in the computing field for financial firms and know about how they deal with data.. But, So many different data feeds with different interpretations.. TOO MUCH!! All I need is one trainer who can teach me ONE system which I can use on ANY market that I choose… Simple concept.. but nobody as of yet has the solution. not until now?

Although I’m more confident and less stressed I’m still not consistently achieving the results the others claim I should be. Your sytem looks great and your 7 principles hit the right cord for me but accessing a 1 to 1 mentor who knows your system and can get me trading quickly to the expectations that you suggest would be something I would be extremely interested in. Trading can be a lonely business even when I look out my window here in the south of France but hopefully your Mentor can really make my dreams come true. See you at the Webinar. The second most difficult trading task is determining market direction
James Glass | March 5, 2009The second most difficult trading task is determining market direction at any given time, so that one can determine entry and exit points. The most difficult is pulling the trigger. It all boils down to confidence. Confidence is created by success. Knowing what to do, when to do it, and then having the confidence to pull the trigger, are the things that make a good (successful) trader. One on one mentoring is the quickest and best way of learning, and thus building the confidence necessary to any trader. If a trader can get his/her questions answered as market conditions unfold, the learning curve is drastically reduced, and correspondingly, the odds of success are greatly increased. This makes anyone a better trader.
With one to one training the worry of have I
IVOR SKINNER | March 5, 2009With one to one training the worry of have I got it right and why did that go wrong can be answered and fresh encouragement given for the next trade
Not the oh dear I have got it wrong I had better stop, and someone to pat me on the back when it goes right.
We need to be taught al the time and pointed in the correct direction.
I have tried a couple of different systems and methods.
Clint | March 5, 2009I have tried a couple of different systems and methods. They often make sense in concept, and when looking back at charts when the market is closed or not moving. But there is definitely something different about live trading with real money, trading on the hard right edge of the screen, etc. And it seems no system or method can help with that fact.
I have done the psychology research, the charting research, the money management research, the technical analysis research, and all the other paper research that is available. I have abandoned my holy grail search, realize losses are a part of the game, success depends on probabilities, money management, the expected R value of a trade over a reasonable sample of trades.
What I have lately come to realize, though, is that a lot of the people who are successful traders had mentors available to them. Not just advice mentors, but people who they could watch trade, or trade side-by-side with, or review their daily/weekly trading activity. Real people who could share the ups and downs, drawdown experiences, aha trading moments, etc. I have tried to find such a person in my area that I could do some “dirty work” (computer help, chart studies, backtesting, etc.) with no luck.
So, if the one-on-one mentoring is with a real, seasoned trader, this could be the catalyst that turns me, with some dedicated hard work, into a full-time, successful trader. I have the capital, I have the computer skills, I have mathematical/statistical background, and I understand that I need to react to the market and the market does not react to me.
I just do not have anyone to re-assure me, personally, that my learning and growing pains are normal, and to provide advice as to how to move through them.
There will be other people who may benefit from this offer financially more than me. I still have a day job, and a good one, though would love to transition to trading full-time. But, I do not know how many other people have the same tangibles and intangibles as me that would make your investment in mentoring pay off. Perhaps I will always have one missing component in my trading that will be my excuse (seems like a common problem), but trading certainly is a lonely profession, and it is especially lonely getting started.
Best luck to all, and I hope whoever gets the opportunity makes the most of it.
One-on-one training with a seasoned trainer would help me instill
Wayne Benjamin | March 5, 2009One-on-one training with a seasoned trainer would help me instill the confidence that I need to be a better trader. Since I am still a relatively new trader, I find that I second guess my decisions and look for too many other confirmations before I pull the trigger. Having someone to look over my shoulder who is experienced in this, I believe would be able to provide a valuable analysis that would confirm if my decision were the correct one base on the analysis. I believe they would also be able to point out any errors that I may be making.
The end point as I see it is, having a coach, would make me a better trader.

“How would one-on-one training help me become a better trader?” Simple,
Matt Baskey | March 5, 2009“How would one-on-one training help me become a better trader?”
Simple, with one-on-one training you can focus on the specific issues and subjects to do with
trading that you as an individual are having difficulty with. You can also move thru the training
material at your own pace, instead of feeling like if you didn’t quite catch something in a group
course, you might be holding up the rest of the group. The focus is on the student, in a group
course it is to easy to lurk in the background and not present your specific issues and questions
to the course leader.

Don Rollins | March 5, 2009The sad truth is that despite many years of “do it myself” efforts, I have remained, at best, a mediocre trader. At my worst I sometimes revert to old habits and thought processes when times (and results) get tough. The one remaining hope I have is that perhaps one-on-one training would provide the edge I need to break out of my rut.
Truth be known, if I don’t improve I probably should stop all trading and let someone else with better skills do it for me.
Question. “How would one-on-one training help me become a better
Rick MacLeod | March 5, 2009Question. “How would one-on-one training help me become a better trader?”
I relate one-on-one training to mentoring. In almost every industry or any stage of life, a mentor improves the chance of success immensely. The concept of one-on-one mentoring is even more important in trading; especially now with the trading opportunities that exist. A mentor could provide the necessary knowledge and tools that would create a stable platform to launch any trading career along with showing how to take advantage of the amazing market conditions we have in front of us.
Most successful people in history attributed some of their success to their mentors:
• Andrew Carnegie was mentor to Charles Schwab (First president of US Steel).
• Benjamin Graham (Columbia University professor) and Howard Buffett (dad) were mentors to Warren Buffett (CEO, Berkshire Hathaway).
• In return, Warren Buffet was mentor to Donald Graham (publisher, Washington Post).
If these people used mentors to help get where they are then there is no doubt in my mind that a one-on-one mentor is a necessary part of being a successful trader.
Thank you

"One-on-one training (OOT)". The phrase itself strikes a chord of
Alviny | March 5, 2009“One-on-one training (OOT)”. The phrase itself strikes a chord of wonder within me. Is the forex world so malignant that one can only traverse the shark-infested waters with divine guidance or in a shark cage? In this analogy, the shark cage is the Holy Grail which all traders seek – an invincible trading system/tools which leaves capital untouched and rakes in profit in all forms of market conditions, irregardless of the skill (or lack thereof) of the trader. We all know the result of searching for (or mistakenly relying) on a “Holy Grail”. Hmm… how about divine guidance? Perhaps the closest equivalent is one-on-one training (OOT), or mentoring. I am a passionate trader and I do not need a mentor to teach me about technical analysis, or candlesticks, or money management. Heck… the passion for trading has driven me to acquire such basics speedily and independently. However, passion does not equate trading skill; passion does not equate objectivity in analysis of a chart; passion does not instil confidence in pressing the trigger; and passion apparently does not redeem myself and the other 90+% of traders who have swum and sunk in the forex ocean. Indeed, there is often a very fine (trend?)line between success and failure in every forex trade, and a mentor may be the catalyst I need to breakout of the line. With the correct mentoring and OOT, I believe the mentor may provide me all the necessary ingredients for success that passion alone could not. However, I must be certain that the mentor is the right one for me. As the saying goes in Star Wars, there are always 2 Sith, and only 2 Sith – one the master, and one the student. May the Force be with all of us, friends in trading.

Trading is both a matter of simple principles and complex
JTLundholm | March 5, 2009Trading is both a matter of simple principles and complex skills. Much like the game of chess, the rules can be learned with little time and effort. Like chess, mastery takes much longer. Mastery can come by repeated trials and errors, but in trading the costs of this approach to learning is too high. A more effective and efficient way is to learn from those who are achieving the results you are hoping to achieve. Books and videos are avenues for learning from others, and are a great place to start. Workshops and seminars will take one even farther, but one-on-one training is the best way to achieve mastery in any skill. To go farther, to achieve mastery doesn’t absolutely require personal mentoring and coaching, but is sure puts the odds in one’s favor. Ultimately it is the most time and cost effective means.

I live in the city which has the highest unemployment
John Roncz | March 5, 2009I live in the city which has the highest unemployment rate in the country. Opportunities for good jobs are nonexistent. I’ve been scraping a living from trading, and so far have managed to make ends meet. What I’ve realized is that there are subtleties in the charts which take a lot of experience to see. In my case it took years to learn to see these patterns and more losses that I care to remember. In retrospect, an experienced personal trainer definitely would have saved me these many years of trial and error, and thousands of dollars. Knowing what to look for, and evaluating the risk/reward of a potential trade, is the key element in trading. An experienced and successful teacher is the shortest way to master this, or any other skill.

Jim Becker | March 5, 2009Systems work for the person that created it, but not for the person that just buys it. sam | March 5, 2009Dear , UMT…………………………………I Have Met The Enemy…..Its Me!!
I have tried many systems, for stocks and forex.i win sometimes and lose most of the time.i always seem to end up at square one….again.I want that dream of trading for myself at home, and making a living, like most traders dream of.
But i feel most of the problems are from your own psychology.you can have the best system, but some how it just dosn’t work for you.Because of the way our minds work.Or Bad
habits of trading.Moving stops…then praying for the win.Doing things you know, your not suppose to do,when the ‘emotions’ take hold of you like a vice.
One-on- one,would change that.
For me would be like hitting the Jack-Pot…..Why???
I would get to learn the System how it should be used, without guessing….I would know when Not to trade, and preserve my capital,..and more importantly ,i would get the experiance of some-one ,..who walks his talk, show me the ropes,to becomming a Consistent Profitable Trader. To finally have a smile on my face, and say…,’Im a Real Trader’
Forget about ,…pie-in-the sky Dreams.
UMT Course with mentorship would be a carreer life changer,And Better Odds than the Lottery.

How would one-on--one training help me become a better trader?
Joseph Sofranko | March 5, 2009How would one-on–one training help me become a better trader?
To be perfectly honest, I have tried so many courses, manual & automatic systems, robots, web sites, web forums, trading plans, and numerous Brokers, etc.
I started out trading Futures (90′s). I am presently trading Forex (2003-present). I have approached this with numerous systems/plans that continue to put me, once again, on the wrong side of the trade.
I intermingle the overall market into my equation. Dollar Index, News Releases, Dow, & Futures Index. I feel that diversification would greatly enhance my trading. I would appreciate the opportunity to work with you on a mentoring basis. By continually entering losing positions it is hard to ever get ahead or get back to break even. Having an expereinced trader to mentor would provide me with the opportunity to put it all together. I have joined your site/webinars, and I would consider it an honor to work closely with you. As Einstein says, If you continue to do things the same way then the outcome will continue to be the same.

In the short span of time that I have existed
charley hankins | March 5, 2009In the short span of time that I have existed on this earth, I believe I have come to learn a couple of valuable lessons. One is this: I cannot “fix myself”. I simply do not possess the skills. I have learned that the cliche “Physician, heal thyself” holds no water for me in my life. If I wish to succeed in life it is vital that I seek out mentors, people whose wisdom and experience can be a benefit to me – if I will only listen and learn.
There do exist, however, a few notable cliches that I do adhere to:
“The key to success is to surround yourself with people who are smarter than you”.
“If you keep doing the same things, you will keep getting the same results”.
“Great men are made by standing on the shoulders of great men who came before”.
I have learned that I can always justify to myself why some decision I have made in my life may have turned out badly for me. But, I have come to the realization that if I am the only one grading my report card, then I will always make straight A’s. What I need is a disinterested third party – a teacher who will correct me when I have erred and explain to me how to avoid making the same mistakes again.
And trading is just another part of life. It has the ability to teach the same lessons; the virtues of patience, the ills of greed, the merits of discipline. What I need is someone to help me apply those lessons in the area of trading. I need a mentor because I have learned that in any undertaking, the wisest move I can make is to seek out counsel from those have the wisdom and experience – gained through hard years of hard work – necessary to help lead me on to the path of success. Thanks very much for your consideration.
“As steel sharpens steel, so one man sharpens another”.
Sincerely,
Charley Hankins
More than one hundred courses and more than a thousand
wattielulu | March 5, 2009More than one hundred courses and more than a thousand broken promises after three years of trading. Theoretically speaking, I should have been a millionare by now. Unfortunately, this ‘dream’ has not been realised yet. To be honest, I am now more confused than ever, frustrated with the market, and feel as if I am in a whirlpool which are dragging me down without me being able to stop it.
One on One trading will be great, as this will help me with erasing all this uncertainty, and by sharing ideas, and learning from real experts…….this can only be the way forward.
I have had an interest in the stock market since
Jim Licato | March 5, 2009I have had an interest in the stock market since the mid 90s. I started trading penny stocks because that is what I was able to afford and yes probably because I didn’t know any better at the time
I came to realize though that there is a reason why so many of those stocks were penny stocks.
Over the years I have spent time trying to teach myself about trading. I like trading Options, in particular the limited risk strategies as well as using Options for protection. Most recently I have been trying to learn about Forex. Although my trading has improved over the years, I still lack the consistency that I want to have in order to be able to provide a steady income for my family.
I believe having someone experienced to learn from, to discuss ideas and strategies, and yes to even share horror stories will help me immensely to focus and create a trading plan that I can adhere to and evolve over time.
I am a self-motivated individual and enjoy working with others. If selected I would be more than happy to share my knowledge in helping others in your program as well.
I appreciate your consideration and hope that you would consider me for the free one-on-one mentioning.
Thanks,
Jim-

Jay Sanders | March 5, 2009I’ve had an interest in trading for quite some time and only recently have I actually decided to take the plunge and actually DO IT. However I feel that no amount of hearsay, testimonials, seminars, and examples will solidify the fact that it does work more than 1 on 1 training with a seasoned trader.
You can read books and attend seminars for years but when you’re finally in the presence of someone who’s made it work for them you’ll be better equipped mentally to make it work for you. They’ll be able to guide you and help in ways you might not have been able to before. I feel it’ll help me become more successful in the field and by that, I’ll be able to pass on knowledge to someone else in my prior position.

I am trading since 2002, and that was on forex only. Since then There was a great winnings, and big losses. When I started I thought I knew everything, even I didn’t know a dime, and I lost big amount of money in one year. After that I was unable to recover at all even I have learned so much stuff and get some experience by trading it. My biggest disadvantage is lack of confidance, and therefore I think that one-on-one training will get me back confidance that I need to start trading profitably with all knowledge I have and methods I have set it up.

David Ferrera | March 5, 2009It is vitally important to me to become a successful trader. I plan to retire within the next two years and I do not have time to recoup the losses in my 401k as a result of the current financial melt-down. However, I know from paper trading that it is possible to generate a supplemental income stream from modest funds by trading options. Given the volatile nature of options, I know I need to develop as much knowledge and skill as possible to make my plan a viable alternative to working at McDonald’s during my “golden years”.
As a former public school teacher, I can attest to the fact that there is no better way to learn than in a one-on-one student/mentor experience.
Each individual has his or her own “starting point” in the educational process based on prior knowledge gleaned from his/her past. Additionally, everyone learns at his or her own pace. Moreover, a person’s ability to learn varies with the method of instruction: some can learn from books; others learn best from hands-on experience.
Educational material alone, no matter how it is presented or how comprehensive it may be, inherently lacks the flexibility to take into account these important variables. Additionally, students often have questions that arise from misunderstandings or misinterpretations of concepts presented in a course of study.
In a one-on-one situation, a mentor would be able to begin at my level of understanding. I would be able to ask questions which would clarify points before moving on to new material. My questions would provide instant feedback to my mentor with regard to my comprehension of the material. If necessary, he would know if I needed to review it again using additional or different illustrations to ensure that I thoroughly understood it.
A mentor would also be able to challenge me to demonstrate my competency by monitoring my trades and strategies. He would be able to show me how to employ techniques that go beyond standard instruction to improve my trading to meet my investment goals, including those he’s found effective from actual experience. Having access to his expertise would also boost my confidence in my efforts, as training wheels on a bike instill confidence in a new rider.

Colin | March 5, 2009This must surely be the ” Holy Grail “, an opportunity to learn from a master.
Someone who can not only teach the day to day mechanisms of Trading but more importantly help you to discover your own unique Trading Style, create with you your Trading Plan and give you the Discipline to follow it.
All Traders need to learn the business and it makes sense to learn from the Best.
This opportunity if properly used by both the Student and the Mentor can only lead to Success and Happiness for all involved.

As a new trader I have a desire to learn
Mel | March 5, 2009As a new trader I have a desire to learn how to be a successful trader, so that I might be able to earn enough to retire in a few years, with an income large enough that will allow me to serve others with no need for a salary.
As an inexperienced trader (2 trades to date) I have made the following observations:
1. There is vast amount of advice available to the trader to help them make decisions as to which stocks or options to trade. But not all of the advice is correct, timely, affordable, or appropriate for the amount of risk that I am willing to take. Having a mentor would allow me to learn how to decipher all of that information and select only that information which is going to grow my portfolio.
2. With around 10,000 different stocks to choose from it can become very intimidating for the new trader to learn how to read the charts and even to determine which ones to read. As a result there are many missed opportunities to make solid trades that are missed altogether. Having a mentor would allow me to not only learn how to read charts but also to know which ones to consider in the first place.
3. While it is possible to go to the library, Barnes and Noble, and a variety of internet sites to learn about trading from books and articles there is no way that this material can teach the subtle nuances of market moves in the same way that a personal mentor is able to do by looking at real time data.
4. Taking one of the many courses in trading is a viable option for learning how to trade. But these courses are often very expensive and involve so many students that real one-on-one teaching is minimal at best, which leaves the new trader with way too many questions to make trades with the confidence necessary to be successful.
5. As a pastor, I am very much aware of the struggles of people who attempt to walk with God by following the teachings found sermons, books, and self-help courses. While valuable, these resources alone leave new believers in Christ struggling and often defeated. Which is why the Bible makes it clear that one-on-one training, known as discipleship, is the best way to teach new believers how to live as successful Christians. I would see the very same advantage to one-on-one training in trading. I have a masters degree in theology, over two thousand books in my library, and even teach in a small Bible institute and the best education I ever received came from the man who personally discipled me when I was a new believer. I believe that one-on-one training in trading would offer the very same benefit to my becoming a successful trader.

William Behles | March 5, 2009I’ve read most of the comments left by several of your visitors and it would be difficult to disagree with any of them. Is it better to learn from our own mistakes, ( a costly and time consuming method ) or is it better to learn from someone else’s mistakes and share in their specialized knowledge and experience on a very complicated and most times confusing subject such as trading. Thank you for the chance to enter this contest to win this type of support, as a beginner, I need to learn to swim before I should enter such tricky waters.

Michele | March 5, 2009Merriam – Webster dictionary defines a mentor as a trusted counselor or Guide. I define a mentor as the key to my successful trading.
One late night I watched an infomercial on options trading. My curiosity was peaked and I attended the seminar held in my hometown. I signed up for the course and studied the materials. The one piece I felt was missing was a personal guide. I could study the information, but there was no one to use as a sounding board; no one to help me through the loosing trades, no support system for my success. I was just one of thousands of traders using this system. I began trading and lost a good portion of my trading account. I withdrew my money from the brokers account and vowed to continue my education. I knew this could work. I could see the potential in the market.
I began virtual trading to hone my skills and to increase my positive trading percentage. I attended a different educational class. This was an intensive 5 day training offered in a location two hours from my home. I drove to the class everyday. I learned so much during this week that added that to my knowledge. I felt I was ready to trade again.
In Aug 2008 I formed a trading corporation and opened a trading account. I proceeded to draw down my account with consistent unprofitable trades below the trading limit. I obviously still didn’t understand the correct market techniques. I felt very uncomfortable contacting my broker. I felt he didn’t have time to address my questions and concerns. Again, I knew this would work, but I felt like a very small fish swimming in a VERY large ocean!
I want to use trading as a means to pay my bills and debts. Once my bills are paid I intend to use my corporation to funnel funds into the needs of my community. One of my goals is to bring a positive coaching clinic to our school district’s sports program and to provide much needed athletic equipment.
My dream of becoming a full time trader has not waivered but I need your help. I need a personal guide, someone who knows my name, someone that can help me through the last part of my education and make my trading successful. A mentor. Thank you for your consideration.

Lindsay Craig | March 5, 2009Society nows from years of experience that teaching with a teacher in the room to a small group of students has been the best way to get the greatest learning results.
Mainly because when you cant quite understand the true concept of the lesson you can ask straight away and be put back on track . Plus the teacher can teach you at your learning pace and communicate one on one the instant some detail is not clear. Also the questions the teacher asks gives the teacher an instant answer to where you are.
Having a one on one Mentor is the best way to learn correctly and that brings heaps of confidence in the big world of trading .

I have had to leave work to stay with my mom who can’t be left alone. I have been out of work for over a year. I have to make a living from home and I have wanted to trade for years. One-on-One training will prevent me from making all the mistakes on that learning curve. I need to be profitable as quickly as possible. Paul | March 5, 2009Having tried a couple of courses and learning the mechanics of the business I am having trouble becoming consistent. I am hoping to go live soon, but need to be consistently profitable over time before doing so. One-on-one training would address my weak points and make sense of “information overload”. This should allow me to bypass allot of ‘newbie’ mistakes and move on to a stable trading career in the shortest time possible. One-on-one training would also boost my confidence which in turn would boost my discipline, which I am discovering to be the number one issue in trading.
I would like to win the one on obe training
Nick Savva | March 5, 2009I would like to win the one on obe training as I think it is necessary to actually be shown the practical way of understanding any new material.
I have seen may presentations that seem to be imparting knowledge and the concept seems to be understandable, but there is no real connection as vital points are rushed through or taken as self evident.
Trying to apply these principals in real time lead me to be totally confused and making losses.
Basically, I’m a hands-on guy and need hands-on training.
One on one training will help me become more confident,
Jaques | March 5, 2009One on one training will help me become more confident, and help alot when it comes to Forex trading. With all the trading programs and robots out there, one can easily get overwhelmed with all the information. One on one training is the answer; i’m a people’s person, and human interaction is necessary if you’re serious about improving your trading skills, with the help and mentoring of an trading expert.
Maybe there’s light at the end of the tunnel…
There are two major reasons how one on one training
Aurel David | March 5, 2009There are two major reasons how one on one training would help.
1. I have gone through several educational eBooks, videos and websites. Almost every time i come up with some questions which i was dying to ask the author. In most cases he is not contactable or he woul not have time to respond to mails. So i had to abandon those methods and concepts. Loss of time, money and energy. As i can get such questions answered in a one on one training, i can be more relaxed now. It will be great if i can ask questions much after the training after I hit the road as that’s the time when most questions pop up.
2. Secondly in one on one training the trainer can gauge the knowledge level of the student and can lower or raise his explanation to suit the students level of understanding. Thus if the student is and advanced trader basics can be skipped. A generalized ebook or video can surely not do this. Getting to know the student before hand can go a long way in achieving this.

Franklin Lindsey | March 5, 2009I understand the importance of mentorship (discipleship) by Pastoring a Church the last 6 years.
One-on-one trading would help me to be familiarized and fully understand the system and it rules the way that the creator designed it to function. Most winning trades turn out to being loosing trades, due to not understanding the system or sticking to the rules. I am a full time Pastor and have been trading forex for 7 years to increase my income. I have been looking for a system that has a GREAT success rate. I have watched your videos and I have not seen a system that has been well planned like it. Unfortunately I am unable to afford the 1795.00 at this time. It would be God-given if I received it. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to be considered to use your UMT Ultimate Pack. Thank You Franklin Lindsey.
One on One traning would help me become a better
Lindsay Sweeney | March 5, 2009One on One traning would help me become a better trader because I have all the enthusiasm and energy to trade but lack the critical knowledge to execute trades profitability. With a personal trainer I would be provided with training that would not be subject to “my” interpretation, would not be diluted by the confusion of others being taught and would provide for fast knowledge absorption as a result of a one on one environment. It would allow me to address all the areas of required knowlede and would provide me with the need to be successful in order to prove to myself and my mentor that I have the ability to be successful. There is nothing better for learning than being taught in a One on One session.

"A great opportunity to capitalize on knowledge and experience". In general,
Art Nelson | March 5, 2009“A great opportunity to capitalize on knowledge and experience”.
In general, it’s like getting in the express lane for the learning curve.
- Learning and seeing exact entry points and exits.
- How to identify good and bad market conditions.
- Taking the guess work out of what your doing and supposed to do.
- Building confidence in decisions, knowing you have the proper indicators and couching behind you.
- Learning how to calculate a risk-reward ratio under particular market conditions for a potential trade.
- Beginning to understand the reasons behind your previous mistakes.
- Discovering what type of trader you best are. Trading type and markets that adapt better to you and produce reasonable and constant results.
- Focusing on what you most need to learn.
- Consistantly profit.
- And finally, finding a down-to-earth solution that will indeed lead you to fulfilling your dream as a trader.

Rohit | March 6, 2009With one to one training, it would point me in the right direction and focus on stocks/sectors instead of the haphazard methods i use presently. Also it would help me with precise Entry\Exits and Trading Plan, discipline etc to become a professional trader.
With a personal mentor, hopefully this would help me achieve financial independence enabling me to travel across the world and contribute to the needy in third world countries.
Taking up a trading course will take time to digest,
Benjamin Lam | March 6, 2009Taking up a trading course will take time to digest, whether it is trading basics or trading systems.
Going into the trade is unnerving, having to remember what was recently learned and having a grip on the trade system strategies and personal emotions while the market presents scenarios that needs immediate recognition, analysis and decisions.
It is only in actual trade situations where questions need immediate clarifications , which answers are more likely to sink into the mind, rather than questions asked when not in the thick of battle and may not likely be remembered for future applications. At the same time, an experienced mentor who can immediately identify market conditions and direct the right actions takes away the confusion, resulting in proper understanding and building experience.
Help and training from a mentor is the same like learning how to drive. Only thing is, one must keep trading until all actions taken becomes an automatic reflex for future use.
One on One training would help me become a better
Al Comer | March 6, 2009One on One training would help me become a better trader because I would be learning from a successful trader. It would help me hone my trading style, give me improved goals, teach me to lower my risks and increase my profits. Most importantly, it would help me determine some of the mistakes I have made and help me to stop making such mistakes. I believe having a One on One trainer could help me to improve every aspect of my trading plan.
“How would one-on-one training help me become a better trader?” I
Tony DAngelo | March 6, 2009“How would one-on-one training help me become a better trader?”
I believe one-on-one trading would help me pull all the pieces of the puzzling world of trading together. For instance, even though I have studied the Forex markets and gained a pretty thorough knowledge of many technical trading tools, I cannot seem to get a handle on the whole moving picture of trading properly in a real live account. Even though I have a toolbox full of knowledge, I do not have the confidence to use them to trade the market safely. A live one-on-one mentor can provide proper procedural guidance in learning what technical tools work best in a market that it is always moving and changing. Things always seem certain in hindsight, however having all the ingredients required in a recipe does not insure that they will be properly combined to turn out right. That is where a Master Chef (mentor) is required to help guide a person to properly time and adjust the recipe according to the surrounding conditions to get it to work out right. Often the fear of uncertainty creeps in even though I know I have money management, order entry, exit, and stop tools for protection. I believe one-on-one mentoring can help a person overcome the psychological fears of uncertainty, and guide them into the process of trading successfully by helping them learn to see what is being doing right and wrong. A person can learn much more efficiently with the help of a successful mentor, rather than trying to do things on their own.
I believe that one on one training would help me
David Adkins | March 6, 2009I believe that one on one training would help me with the entry and exit strategies. I am always getting in at the wrong place and then if the trend goes as I believed it would I always seem to leave money on the table due to a poor exit strategy. Or worse a winning trade becomes a losing trade due to not getting out when I should have.
Trading is a partnership. One the one side there is
David Hunter | March 6, 2009Trading is a partnership. One the one side there is the methodology. Without it a trader has no true direction or consistency and is destined to wipe out their account. On the other is the trader, the individual who has learned the methods and strategies and pushes the button on trades. Each cannot be successful without the other. When a trader sits alone in front of a computer they can feel isolated and lack the confidence in their new skills – but gaining trading skills can take time and at the outset of a career, traders prove themselves human all too often, by making mistakes.
With only a manual as your guide or notes scribbled from a seminar, there is no one to work with, no one to ask… and mistakes can be financially costly and emotionally demoralizing. On the other hand a mentor can explain errors in your thinking, explain opportunities missed and outline if mistakes are made.
The price of working with a good mentor is nothing in comparison to the money you’ll save by keeping your loosing trades to a minimum, maximizing your winning trades and in the process, and most importantly, building your esteem and confidence in your trading ability in the shortest time possible.
One on One training serves a number of unique purposes
Jim Burns | March 6, 2009One on One training serves a number of unique purposes with indivdual, non-professional traders. The most obvious on is to help eliminate the fear of presumed ‘ignorance’ in many and humble those who have all the anwers, but no ‘luck’. One on one training would allow frank and open discussion of mistakes or misinterpretation of trading signals both technical and fundamental as well as clarify the reasons behind the all too infrequent successes so that they may be repeated again and again. If I could afford to do so I would welcome the opportunity to participate in as many different one on one training courses as I could to distill the information into useable knowledge. Until then I’ll persevere.
"It became very clear to me sitting out there today
Randy C | March 6, 2009“It became very clear to me sitting out there today that every decision I’ve made in my entire life has been wrong. My life is the complete opposite of everything I want it to be. Every instinct I have, in every aspect of life, be it something to wear, something to eat – it’s all been wrong.” – George Costanza, on “Seinfeld”.
That quote pretty much sums up my investing life. I short bull markets, and I go long in bear markets. Given a list of five stocks that look like candidates for rallies, when I try to pick only a couple to focus on, I somehow pick the two that don’t rally, while I watch the other three reach higher highs. There have been plenty of days when it seems that that all my orders get routed to a special floor trader – one who has my name on his “list” – the list of people that are going to get shafted when they trade that particular stock.
Doing things the wrong way can really wear you down. I’m ready to do things the right way! One-on-one training would give me the opportunity to gain insights into a better way trade the markets (there HAS to be a better way!) Market timing seems so critical, and having someone help me learn the right way to make timing decisions would be a fantastic way to make me a better trader. There is a wealth of knowledge “out there” about trading markets, and it’s rare to just stumble upon methods that repeatedly work. I know I haven’t found them yet, and I’ve looked.
I guess if this UMT giveaway doesn’t pan out, maybe I’ll wake up on March 11th and just start trading the opposite of my instincts. You never know. It worked for George.

Joseph Johnson | March 6, 2009I’m trading now but lack consistency and focus, this is what the new UMT 2.0 training pack, the UMT trade system and personal mentor will help me achieve. Why? Because, your training is addressing a key point with offering a mentor. I think this is where other trading training systems/companies miss the mark and don’t fully understand, it takes the personal one on one coaching to attain the success that we all desire from trading. For me the mentor is what I need, not a friend, but someone who will be frank with training advice, but also get to know me and work with me to “trade the system” and to me that includes the entire daily, weekly, monthly strategy. Someone who can explain and show me how to correctly apply, account, trade and risk strategies to futures, so that I can become the successful trader that I want to be. A mentor can tell me, don’t be lazy with this step or it will make you fail, and do this consistently to increase probabilities for successful trades. Also, I want to be able to share the strategies that I learn with my adult children so they can trade and earn the extra money for their kids activities, kids college as well as secure their own retirement.

Toots Sarcos | March 6, 2009Been trading quite unsuccessfully this past 2 years. I even subscribed to an expensive tutor site with no luck and later cancelled after mega losses. One on One training will enable me to get a feel for seasoned trader instincts, why and when they make trades, why and when they get out of trades. I know you don’t win all the time but I would like to see how a seasoned trader’s discipline translates into non-emotional technical trades with reasonably great ballpark successes. I also would like to get introduced into the variety of markets and how to spot opportunities. Seasoned Trader moves and instincts is what I would like to get into.
I actually just converted my 401K to cash because I found out that the pros have not really done any better than me. However, I would like to check out all the possibilities out there and NetPicks UMT seems to be a good logical system.
Looking forward.
Well I have not done very well on my own,
Jean | March 6, 2009Well I have not done very well on my own, so it would be great to have someone with a wealth of experience, knowledge and success right there with me to guide me through the ins, outs & pitfalls of becoming a successful trader. I think that all those who are successful traders out there should do this as a form of community service with minimal if any cost to those who could benefit from their expertise and are looking for it. After all, if you are Truly successful , other than a little time you do not sacrifice much of anything to help someone else become successful as well. And if this chain of giving freely could continue with each subsequent success story then the world could only be a better place. I would like to receive such a gift & then do my part to share that gift with others and foster the continuation of this chain of giving to the end of making the world a better place for everyone. That certainly would be a lot more uplifting than the countless scams & frauds that investors & traders are exposed to in the financial markets. It would be refreshing to have a wave of giving instead of the countless taking which saps individuals resources and gives very little in return.
Jean
Despite all the trading books that I’ve read and studied,
David Tough | March 6, 2009Despite all the trading books that I’ve read and studied, despite all the webinars that I’ve attended and conscientiously made notes on, and despite all the trades, both live and simulated, that I’ve made and analyzed, I still find myself in positions where I’m uncertain what to do next.
Anyone can feel they’ve nailed it when they watch a trade take off and keep going in the right direction. But what about when it starts off in the right direction and then reverses? Should I get out now, while there’s a modest profit there, or wait and see, knowing that there’s a stop loss in place to prevent disaster? OK, I wait …and I watch it slip lower. Now what? The profit is still there, albeit even more modest than before. A voice in my mind tells me never to let a winner turn into a loser. Another voice tells me I should be moving stops tighter to reduce risk. Yet another advises me to give the trade room to move and let winners run.
Everyone seems to have a firm opinion…except me.
And that’s where one-on-one training would really help. A voice – not just any voice, but a voice of real experience – telling me in a calm, rational way, “Here’s exactly how you should manage this trade. Now, let me explain why.”
There’s no better way to learn than on the job training. I remember in one of your webinars you talked about needing 10,000 hours to master an activity, whether it’s as a professional sportsman, a musician, an airline pilot, whatever. All of these experts achieve success through their on-the-job training, because, quite simply, there’s no other way. I mean, how many passengers would stay on the plane if they heard the pilot say “No, I’ve never flown one of these, but I’ve read all the books and watched all the videos. How difficult can it be…?”
Being able to predict how markets are going to move

Make trading enjoyable
2) Not getting into trades due to false signals and setups.
3) Staying in trades to maximize returns and not chickening out because things do not look like they are working out.

5) Help with understanding the psychology of the market and myself through an experienced individual’s personal experience.
6) Aid with designing a winning trading strategy and identifying any weaknesses in it and other strategies.
7) Getting a better grip on money management skills as I see this as one of the most important parts of trading successfully.

WHAT YOU DON’T KNOW! As an active trader for almost a year
I started with dreams of riches and an arrogant belief that my “smarts” would do the trick.
I’ve moved since then through despair, pain, and now understanding the hard realities amidst
small signs of progress. What a difference it would have made had I invested in education first, before the big losses. I’ve learned a bit about trading, and quite a bit about myself.

Denise Early | March 6, 2009As a new trader I’ve been looking at courses, books, systems, and all those Google ads on every internet web site. There is information overload and promises of fortunes to be made in futures, forex and options trading. Ater a month of workig with the UMT system I have come to the conclusion that the UMT system with the UMT support team is the “real deal”. Having listened in on Brian’s trading room and Russell’s Forex trading, it is clear to me that a new trader like myself can avoid big losses by using the UMT support team as I build up my trading knowledge, experience, and profits.
Listening in on Russell’s forex trading I’ve been able to overcome the heart-pounding experience of waiting out a trade position that goes from positive to negative and back to positive. I’ve also gotten better at controlling my impulse to jump into a trade that has negative risk/reward. And I’ve gotten more efficient at getting into trades at the correct system-generated entry price. And listening to Russell, I’ve gotten a much better understanding of what drives the markets and price movements.
My progess seems to be slow but steady and I think a one-on-one mentor would help me accelerate my development as a trader. So many people crash and burn in trading and I don’t want to be one of those. So I would really like to win the one-on-one mentorship from UMT.
As a very novice trader, 1 on 1 coaching would
Mike T. | March 6, 2009As a very novice trader, 1 on 1 coaching would help me in the following ways:
i) Build my belief in the system. I think that such a belief is the foundation of successful trading according to my observations.
ii) Develop my confidence in the predictive power of the setups thus enabling me to sustain drawdowns without backing off or, conversely, overtrading.
iii) Help me to learn the nuances of risk- and trade management adjusting to differing moment-to-moment market conditions as indicated by price action. This is almost impossible to obtain from courses and videos and expensive to obtain through unaided first-hand experience.
AFTER 2 YEARS I HAVE FOUND A TRADING SYSTEM THAT
CHARLES DRAKE | March 6, 2009AFTER 2 YEARS I HAVE FOUND A TRADING SYSTEM THAT WILL TAKE ME OUT OF THE 95% LOSERS CATEGORY. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO FOLLOW OR KEEP UP ON ANY OF THE MARKETS, CURRENT EVENTS OR CHARTING OF ANY KIND TO TRADE THIS SYSTEM. THE NETPICKS UMT TRADING SYSTEM WITH ITS 5-7 INDICATORS TO A SURE TRADE (IF IT TRIGGERS) – HOW CAN YOU LOOSE WHEN YOU WIN OVER 80% OF YOUR TRADES? I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE IDEA OF TRADING PART OF A DAY SESSION, MAKING PROFITABLE PIPS ON ONE OF 5 TRADING SERVICE PLATFORMS AND TAKING THE REST OF THE MARKET DAY OFF.

Brad Jones | March 6, 2009I started trading foreign currencies after attending a seminar. The presenter told the group “this is like stealing”. He then rubbed his hands together and said with a huge smile “all you have to do is wait for the 2 lines to separate with a sharp angle up or down. I thought at the time “yes I can do that”. I promptly put down $3000 for the software. I did have a few winning trades but often times the angle and separation appeared( as I was taught) only to have the trade go against me. I found out that the software was no better than lagging indicators. No I never got my money back……I feel if I had “1 on 1 training” the mentor would teach me the reason for entry/exit points, what to do if a trade should go against me, which indicators to watch and stress discipline. I didn’t learn how important these traits are…….I have looked at your videos. Your system has been the best I’ve looked at so far. I like the idea that I don’t have to be perfect to be successful. I want to “get in and get out ASAP”. It would be a great way to trade and be on my way…….I’m concerned about being laid off from my job. Your system would be my new employer and I would love going to work everyday. I want to sign up soon.

Peter Brazel | March 6, 2009Give a man a fish and feed him for a day, teach him how to fish and feed him for a lifetime. Providing me with the rod does not teach me to fish. Provide me with the rod and one on one instruction and I will be free.
Trade what you see not what you feel. Each of us sees things differently. One on one training closes the gap between holding it and using it. The trainer knows the limitations of the individual approach and can reconcile each person’s perspective to allow a personalized fit to get the job done.
My perception is my reality. Massage my perception with detailed knowledge to make a unique fit between me and what will be “my system”.
I believe one-on-one course will help me and anybody else
alex esposito | March 7, 2009I believe one-on-one course will help me and anybody else only if:
1) part of the course addresses how to deal with emotions (fear and greed), and how to
control them.
2?part of the course addresses how to unlearn what I know or how I perceive and react to any
market movement.
3)part of the course addresses the importance of money management also.

wayne schmidt | March 7, 2009I hav done commodity trading for the past 12 yrs with 3 different brokers, and all of them lost all my money(over $20,000) my life savings. I love trading, but i am tired of brokers only concern to get their commission. I really wish i could come where you are in preson, as the visual examples help me learn best. I have never learned anything from “the comfort of my home”. I love charts & need to understand them more> I cant afford to lose any more money on assumptions. If someone could help me make a profit, I would be their client & friend forever! Wayne
Learning how to trade is very similar to learning how
johnny moyer | March 7, 2009Learning how to trade is very similar to learning how to fly an aircraft. Both tasks require dedication and hours of study. Reading manuals, watching dvd’s, attending seminars does not ensure success for most people. Even the use of simulators can’t duplicate the emotions that are involved in real time. Nothing can match the experience of trading it in real life and in real time. Imaging learning how to fly or drive a car without an instructor next to you as you fly/drive those first few times. Having a mentor in trading, is like having a seasoned pilot next to you in the cockpit watching your every move as you learn in real life conditions. A mentor will make a tremendous difference in achieving success. I believe having a mentor will, without question, help anyone with their trading. It is a great asset to any trading program.
To be a successful market participant, whether as a trader
Dave J | March 7, 2009To be a successful market participant, whether as a trader or investor, I have come to realize that one must not only possess the psychological aptitude (intestinal fortitude) but also a proven methodology (system) and formal education (training). In any endeavor, it is always the foundation that allows one to achieve success. Although I have lost my fair share of trading capital, I continue to be diligent and focused in my efforts to achieve profitability on a consistent basis in the attempt to achieve my goal of becoming a professional trader.
The markets certainly do not exist for the benefit of the uninitiated (inexperienced) or uninformed (uneducated).
I have worked hard on my psychological aptitude; however, I have not as of yet been able to construct a system that is consistently profitable. As for my past paid-for training courses, to be honest they lacked clarity, and were devoid of any value-added mentorship.
Time cannot be bottled and released at a later time. Effective one-on-one mentorship is the key to shorten the standard learning-curve period for an aspiring trader and therefore allows him or her to become proficient in their system and their craft in a much shorter timeframe. Mentorship defends a traders two most important assets: time and money.
To be granted an opportunity to win is exciting. But to be fortunate enough to win is significant.
Good luck to all!

Abu Govani | March 7, 2009To be successful in any endeavour it is essential to have a mentor
I have been trying to trade for almost two years without any success.
I have bought and tried numerous courses and watched a lot of webinars.
Most of them look great on paper but when I try to emulate them, I am not successful.
I am espically weak on where to put my stop and how to figure out the possible exit to give me a good win/loss ratio.
I have watched a few of your free webinar and have been impressed by your system and indicators.
After watching your webinars, I have always wanted to buy your course but because of lack of money I have not done so.
If I win your course, I am pretty sure that I can become a successful trader and start trading with real money instead of demo

Wayne F | March 7, 2009Pro quarterbacks already know how to throw the football but they still have coaches. They practice, get coaching, play games get coaching on the sidelines, watch films and get coaching in the film room. All of this is so they can be the best at what they do. Sadly there isn’t any pop warner, high school or college level in the markets so you could learn at a slower pace. You go right to the pro level and play against the best. This makes excellent coaching vital! Please consider me for the scholarship since I want to make it in the pros.

Accountability, Repetition and Encouragement come to mind as far as
Robert Meinecke | March 8, 2009Accountability, Repetition and Encouragement come to mind as far as how one-on-one training would help me. I tend to stray away from a certain strategy because it isnt working for me right away and then go find another strategy to try. By having a one-on-one trainer, the trainer would force me to be accountable and stick to my strategy and thus repeating over and over the technics that work. During this process encouragement would be achieved by the trainer thru guidance and avoiding errors. Trainers can eye the problems that I create for myself and direct me toward consistent profits.
It is to my strong belief that one on one
mark faiz | March 8, 2009It is to my strong belief that one on one training will help me to understand how to adapt to market conditions and how to know when to stop even though this is something that i should have learned on my own regardless of trading experience. i think that there is always room for improvement and having a one on one training session will provide the key to many closed doors. In addition, the benefits of this is immensley gratified by learning from a successful trader and by doing so this will help me minimize loss and maximize return which i think everybody enjoys even the people of netpicks. overall putting all BS aside having this will change my life and the person who gets elected from this gift will become a better trader as a result, however, paying attention to tadays market conditions i think that we all need help becasue everybody is losing.
I have traded now for 9 years. In that time
Garry Pye | March 8, 2009I have traded now for 9 years. In that time I have broken even. I have tried many, many systems and methods, I have been on many training seminars, purchased lots of stuff all designed to make me a better trader. I must be dumb because I cannot make anything work consistantly.
I think one on one mentoring would help as follows,
It would give me a firm track to run on, with someone keeping me on that track
It would help me get and stay focused when I have a series of lossing trades and then decide to check my method so stop trading while I do that, then the very next trades are winners with me not on board.
It would teach me what to expect and not to be guesting
It would hammer home the discpline required and give me a support network of other succesful traders that I could interact with.
In fact it would probably sort out my head and approach to the whole business.
I love the idea of a one on one training
peter inskip | March 8, 2009I love the idea of a one on one training adviser, i have been looking and studing several forex based training courses, all very helpful in their own way, i have learned so much from them over the past few months. However they dont prepare me for the live trading environment that is essential in my opinion. I see many trades set up, only to watch them pass me bye, because of a lack of confidence on my part. I think trading live is very different from reading many courses on forex and how to set charts to read possible outcomes and direction at any point in time. I find the forex market sometimes has no ryme or reason why it goes in any particular direction at any one point in time. I would love to learn, be it one on one, or group seminars, working with a mentor on a live market situation, to help understand the logic of trading at any moment of the day. I think following someone through the thought process of actual trades and set ups, to be very useful, and i feel this is the best way to approach any training in any field. I find this opportunity very exciting and can not wait to learn, I often get into trades which initially go in the desired direction, but end up as losers because i dont know when to exit. I think its a mindset thing, and this type of training can only help educate the mind. i just love the whole idea, many thanks.

bal | March 8, 2009Trying my hand in the forex market has only led to disapointment one after another,in a course of 3 years,i blew my acount 4 times ,i was ready to throw in the towel, reason being, i just didnt believe ,i got it in me,untill aprox 2 weeks ago i attended ,the universal market trader
webinar, straight away, i knew this is the one ,it was very well presented, exposing the scams out there ,psychology, money managent..the methodolgy was excellent……i liked what i saw…overall i was impressed..i was that impressed ,i even invited my brother to look at Tuesday webinar, long beofre this competion was even mentioned ..
..i am in the unfortunate position of being unemployed, and this has prevented me from purchasing the course material, as the little money that is left over ,goes mostly paying the bills..if i win this will be a dream come true..as i know netpicks have been around for many years ,with the training videos…exspecially personal mentoring
i know i can do it….i have been trying to make this work for many years
if i win ..great if another person win ..i congratulate you, this truly is… The Ultimate Market Trader
When some-one approaches a new system, so much time
Thomas | March 8, 2009When some-one approaches a new system, so much time is lost and frustration encountered with missing the entry points, wondering where the best exit is now I’m in the trade and then scrambling for the manual just as your stop loss is hit. Hand holding has got to be the best way forward.
It's all about how experience is transferred. I work for
Justin Kastl | March 8, 2009It’s all about how experience is transferred. I work for a dirt contractor and some time ago he told me he wanted me to learn how to run the big equipment that he runs every day on the job. I began by watching him closely and when the work load slowed down I would get on one of the big machines and operate it the best I could just trying to get better. This worked to some degree as in time I was running some of the easier equipment. But one day my Heavy Equipment education really took off when my boss, a 30 year veteran in Dirt Contracting, decided he would actually take the time and teach me one on one. He actually got on the equipment with me and taught me what to do in any given situation. He also took the time to answer any questions I had, even if they were stupid. This made all the difference in the world and in a short time I was able to run all the equipment safely and efficiently.
I feel it is exactly the same in Trading. I have read books, I have seen videos, I have taken online classes, I have even traded with a degree of success. But nothing would help my trading more than sitting one on one with an experienced, successful trader. The fastest, most efficient, and beneficial way for me to get trading experience is to acquire it from another trader. A video or book just won’t do. I am a trader unlike all the rest. If an experienced trader is going to transfer his trading wisdom to me he must first know me as a trader. He must see what I am doing wrong so he can help. He needs to answer the questions that I personally need answered. Only one on one mentorship can effectively transfer experience from one trader to another.
Thank you,
Justin Kastl

Ken Murer | March 8, 2009I believe that one-on one training would help me become a better trader by providing immediate feed back when not following the system (methododolgy) parameters. It would assist in building the confidence to take the trades as they appear, without hesitation. If you have confidence that your methodology provides an acceptable ratio of winning to losing trades while controlling the size of the losers, then only fear would keep you from taking the trade, and one on one training will help to reinforce that confidence.
My hope is that one on one training will allow me to achieve my goal of being a successful trader, providing more financial stability for my family. As I am a small business owner, I am somewhat subject to the whims of our economy and government policies. Being a successful trader would insulate me from that, and give me and my family financial freedom.

Ron | March 9, 2009I believe that one-on-one training can take me to the final level. The level where I can trade with confidence knowing that I have the knowledge necessary to trade without my emotions questioning my every move. I have been in FX for two years and have had trouble timing my entrance and exit to trades. Like many other people, I am facing a layoff this summer and would like to be in a position to supplement a possible lower income.

Conny | March 9, 2009One on one training could help me become a better trader, but that counts for everyone who tells his tale here .
I not special in that respect, I belong to the 95% of people who needs a professional to help them.
I am busy for years now trading, but my results are not making much progress.
Slowly the money disappears, when it s time to retire, I’m broke I’m afraid.
So if I’m choosen I”ll grap this opportunity with both hands.
When it will help me to become a better trader, I want to pay for it afterwards, so another man can have benefit of it and have its one on one training.
Let us help each other to become succesful traders in these difficult times.
Excuse my english. I am from Brunei Darussalam where trading
Letizia Tithynora Nikman | March 9, 2009Excuse my english. I am from Brunei Darussalam where trading oneline is hardly heard and done since we as Bruneian citizen rely 100% on our day job especially working for the government. Trading seems new for us, as we never had the exposure and the education on this business. Only a small percentage of Bruneian know about this business mostly the one who had a day job in a bank or in the financial and tresury department of the government. Ordinary people have no slightest idea what trading the equity, future and most recently the forex market etc.
Since the introduction of the Internet in our country many of us try to find an alternative income/ side income throught the internet and most recently many people has try the forex market since it is now available to the ordinary people as sometimes brokers tend to offer minimum acounts of just $25 which is affordable to us. I saw many of us failed and burn their account since the lack of education. Although there are tons of it already available in the internet it is not enough for us to trade successfully.
Seminars are hardly heard and done here since there are lack of professional trader to teach and make business with it. The only education offered are in the neighbouring country in which some of us Bruneian have to spend to go abroad just to attend this seminar about the market which is I can say very costly.
My point is here in Brunei we lack the education and exposure of the market. There are no professional trader here to educate us. So one on one training would be an advantage to me since education here is almost none or none existance. It would really-really help me in developing my trading skill. Force my trading dicipline to the maximum cos there is someone to watch me. It even help in instantly when I am in doubt or has many question to ask, in which all of this cannot be achieve when I am educating my self alone through the internet. Not to mention the emosion I have to endure during trading cos the lack of education and guidance.
It seems for the best things in life, you need
Steven Werner | March 9, 2009It seems for the best things in life, you need someone to guide and show you the correct steps. Growing up I had my father teach and show me things (grew up on a farm and he taught me how to operate a Ford 8n tractor at the age of 5–I was the only help he could aford at that time)–he taught me how to treat people with respect and to help others when and where I could–he taught me there is a whole lot more than what we see and hear on earth–there is more. Then I met a man that was probably the best mentor of all time–Jesus–and he taught just 12 men what to do and how to do it, and still at over 2000 years being passed, peoples lives are still mentored from that first group of 12. So what I would learn from mentoring in this class time, I would want to pass on to those around me (children, family, friends) to able to help them financially and in turn they could help others. What better time, with the way the world econlmy is, to learn and train others to better themselves. This would help me take all those plans and systems (seems like hundreds I have now) and narrow it down to a plan that will help me accomplish my goal to be financially free of debt and be able to give to others in abundance. Thanks

Linda | March 9, 2009Soaring above the circus crowd , an acrobat glides thru the air, walks the death defying tightrope, all with the confidence of the net below.
Unskilled trading is like that acrobat working without a net. A Good trade going wrong, small profits and large losses and suddenly its all over.
My mentor would be my net and my coach, teaching me all the unique advantages of the universal trading machine. He would fine tune my strengths and mitigate my weaknesses.
So many markets, too many to mention, helping me navigate the buy and sell of it all, and all the while building confidence on a one to one basis with no questions going unanswered, ideas to bounce off of one another and someone who would listen to my concerns and turn them around, thereby helping me reach financial goals that I would have otherwise never believed possible. My coach will help me take my trading to a level of successfullness that says we did it. Linda Earls
One-on-one trading is maybe my last chance to get again
Vince | March 9, 2009One-on-one trading is maybe my last chance to get again control over my finences and over my life. I started trading the greek stock market at 1997. I managed to turn 2.000.000Greek Drachmas into 64.000.000 within 2 years. And because 1998-1999 were so succesfull (big deal, hah, that time it was nearly IMPOSSIBLE to lose any money on the greek stock market and a whole nation thought it was trading experts!) I borrowed 6.000.000 (greek goverment was encouraging people to borrow money in order to buy stocks!). In order not to write a novel: I could have bought an appartement to live in and still have the half of the money – and NOT have any dept (means not to borrow more money). Instead I lost all the money, borrowed within the last 10 years about 300.000 Euro in order to live and trade. Now I have to repay such a big amount of money, that I realised I can do so ONLY by trading forex. Everything else is not an option as it will take too long (longer than my lifetime). Recently I opened an account of 10.000 EUR, lost about 25% and then DOUBELED the money within a few weeks (Account Balance 13.700). Having such a great success and being bombarded every day with trading-services which gives hypothetical trades with wich someone COULD had
grown his account from just 200$ (TWO HUNDRET) into 9 Mio, $ within a few months, I started overtrading and lost all the money on the forex account (18 EURO left!). I finally realised that Kostolany was true: Only a lyer buyes at the lowest and sell at the highest price. I made EVERY mistake that is possible to make: 1.I traded with borrowed money. 2. I overestimated my “knowledge”. 3. I was greedy and did not took my money, when I hada chance todo so. 4. I overtraded hoping to get my life back. Now I cannot affort any expensive service and I do not believe anymore hypothetical stories, about trading systems and trading robots. But I believe in human experience and one-on-one trading. This could be THE chance to get my life back! Dum Spiro Spero = As long I live I hope! Greetings to all and good tradings – we must be ready to LEARN from our mistakes AND MOVE ON!
There are 3 things you need in order to learn
Ray Sieger | March 9, 2009There are 3 things you need in order to learn something properly. 1. You need an understanding of what you are reading, which means you need to know what every word acutally means to get a full concept of what you are studying. 2. You need to have the mass of what you are studying. If someone is studying how to tune a car, he needs a car, not just something on a page. 3. You need to take things one step at a time. You can’t go from step one to step 5 without falling on your head.
One on One training can provide all of the above! Someone to explain what words mean; can also show someone on paper what things looks like, graphs, etc. And lastly if their is a confusion, with help a person can take a step back and clear up what was missed earlier so he can go on and duplicate and apply correctly. Thank you, Ray Sieger

From my past experience, one-on-one training is the only avenue
Steve Thurman | March 9, 2009From my past experience, one-on-one training is the only avenue that truly works through early learning. This goes not just for learning about trading, but in most educational endeavors. When learning something new (new methods or philosophically new) the better understanding at the outset, the quicker the learning process and the shorter time overall to learn what is necessary. As long as opportunity is provided for the feedback alloted only by a one-on-one setting, there should be no reason for not comprehending the subject. The interaction between the teacher and student must be completely open and allow communication to flow freely. Without this, even a lopsided multiple teacher to one student ratio isn’t going to help.
So, as a one-on-one setting allows for a much freer exchange of ideas, if the environment is one that does not allow this exchange to occur uninhibited, then the concept of one-on-one is lost.
I have aspired to do trading as a profession for years now and have given quite a bit of effort (and $$$) to the endeavor. I have yet to make that connection of the right trading system or methodology and the right training. I have had bits of each but still have not had the experience of putting these elements together.
I am ever optimistic to the possibility!!
First off, thank you Mark and Brian for offering up
Bill M. | March 9, 2009First off, thank you Mark and Brian for offering up this early Christmas present opportunity to us. In this market it is nice to have the hope of a win. I’ve had the opportunity to attend 3 of your webinars featuring the UMT. The program looks more and more awesome each time I watch and the offer to sit in on the trading rooms sounds extremely helpful. But I was thinking at the time even as you so perfectly illustrated, that I could own a Stradivarius violin but without any instruction I’m going to send my wife running into the arms of another man. I’ve been trading off and on for years with no success. I was so desperate at one time that I even spent the night at a “Holiday Inn” hoping I would wake up and be able to trade like Gordon Gecko. No luck. I know that just owning the program and even sitting in on the trading rooms that my edge for winning should be good but I’m uncertain that it is enough for me and many traders. I believe that a trading coach will add to my edge as a trader and help to launch me as self reliant trader by teaching and encouraging me every step of the way. It would be that voice in the other ear telling me that I can do it. I’ve investigated other systems out there being offered and I wouldn’t want their systems even if you could win one for free. I believe enough in you guys that I will trade only your system with my money. Keep up the good work and thanks

Dan B | March 9, 2009I believe that one on one coaching would be a very slick way to learn any system. The reason is that we tend to see things different individually and so make our decisions based on what we believe is true. Same thing with trading. If I read your way of trading your system, I will probably take trades differently that you guys, maybe take trades that I shouldn’t be taking at all. One on One allows me to suggest taking a trade and then having that backed up by someone who really knows the system. That I believe would be KILLER. Then you learn to do by doing it properly.
As any instrument rated flight instructor will tell you, the
Lynn Phillips | March 10, 2009As any instrument rated flight instructor will tell you, the importance of trusting your instruments while flying “blind” cannot be overstated. Your very life as a pilot depends upon your ability to correctly read and react unemotionally to the picture the instruments paint. Other senses in your body can portray very misleading fears in your mind of the plane’s current attitude, but instruments don’t lie. They have no emotional stake in the game.
As an instrument rated pilot myself, I know that the only way to acquire trust and confidence in your plane’s instruments is through training in the “soup” with a competent instructor by your side. No amount of simulated flying exercises can fully prepare one to have the kind of confidence you need in your equipment when your very life is on the line. Only with an instructor by your side can you really build a trust in the system that will ultimately bring you down safely.
In the same way, no amount of training for the market can fully prepare you to read and react accordingly to any trading system until you have been allowed to develop confidence in the system with a mentor by your side. A mentor provides the assurance to trust the system when all your other senses fool you into believing that it is not working, or a change needs to be made. As in flying, having someone by your side in this process is the only way to truly gain the confidence to eventually fly solo.
Well let's see... After being drafted by the Twins to play
John Salzano | March 10, 2009Well let’s see…
After being drafted by the Twins to play third base in 1993, I decided to skip that so I can go pursue my love for deep sea exploration. After a small “mishap” with a rare group of Yam-Yam Tuna, I quickly learned I was immune to Rickets and Dum Dum fever. This was quickly synthesied from my body and I became a millionaie overnight. Because of my gambling nature, I dumped ALL the money in cant-miss things like Worldcom, the Solar Bears (a minor league ice hockey team in Orlando), and adult theaters on 42nd street in New York back in the 90s. Broke, I started over again in the tattoo-a-monkey business and worked as a shoelace-tip tester in south Miami. A hurricane in 2004 leveled the plant, and the monkeys were swept out to sea–but the current took them all to Nassau, so at least no one was hurt. Although someone over there is CLEANING UP with my idea. Unfazed by these setbacks, I opened up a “Soprano’s Pizza” and was instantly sued for the remaining $1.47 I had to my name. I took a field goal kicking class, thinking this would be a great way to see the country and have a long career since those guys never seem to ever stop playing–good idea until I shorted a kick and threw out my ribs.
So, I have a lot of time to write as I sit here in my traction at the hospital. I use Stephen Hawking techology to type on this keyboard, and the black and white tv in my room has only the spanish stations. But the GOOD news is when I get out of here, I was told I have been reconstructed like the Six HUNDRED dollar man with bionic fingers. But only my first two on my right hand. BUT that’s good enough for my trading abilities.
So, why the mentor? To keep me out of more trouble.
Thank you for the opportunity to apply, UMT.
I am at a stage with my trading education that
Geoff Whittome | March 10, 2009I am at a stage with my trading education that one-on-one coaching is undoubtedly necessary for me to make the transition to real success in the markets. I have spent (too) much money and precious time to this point and I am still unable to settle on a methodology that I have sufficient confidence in to trust as the ultimate ‘answer’. I guess that makes me no different to the overwhelming majority of traders that are jumping from system to system and market to market, ever in pursuit of the holy grail of trading……
From past experience, lifes best learning comes from one-on-one mentoring and coaching and learning to trade the markets is a classic scenario where a ‘personal trainer’ would be an invaluable investment of time and money. I have already made overtures to a professional market coach and I will be allocating some of my trading funds to undertake some one-on-one forex coaching in the near future.
I have reached a stage in my life and trading endeavours where I know that if I don’t cross the threshhold between ‘messing around’ with trading and becoming a regular winner, then I should probably stop the pursuit and find another passion in life.
I have lost lot of money in the past
Masood | March 10, 2009I have lost lot of money in the past few months in the market. I basically would love to become a full time trader and would like to learn the art for investing from the Master of the Forex.
Specially when you guys teach one on one basis. I can not get any better oportuinty then this.
I hope sincerely that I become one of the luckly person to win your package that will be the start to reach and achieve my goal of the future in the forex market and others.
I am sure learning will make me discipline trader which will take the emotions and greed out to the maximum limit. This is the advantage learning one on one basis.
I hope winning the umt will help me to succeed in the near future.
Regards.
“How would one-on-one training help me become a better trader?”
Jo B. | March 10, 2009“How would one-on-one training help me become a better trader?” Well, there is a simple answer. One-on-one training would provide the benefit of honing my skills via professional guidance. Mentoring is a most vital developmental step for a student. Clearly, if one is passionate about one’s art, then one will forever be a devoted student in service of that art. Yet, the student needs a teacher and not just any teacher will do!
My recent experience with the Netpicks team, etal, convinces me that Netpicks rises to the level of great form AND actionable content . Yet, most importantly, their traders are genuinely interested in the success of their Netpicks members – indeed, this is an authentic indicator of good teachers. What better place to advance my skills and indulge my passion for the trading arts than w/the professionals at Netpicks.
I have waited decades for such an opportunity and have dared to dream that success as a professional trader was within my reach. Perhaps, the time has arrived now. As the ancient adage says: ‘When the student is ready, the teacher comes!”
Wishing you all well.
Grateful to the folks at Netpicks,
JB
It may be true that everyone learns in different ways
Eric Gronau | March 10, 2009It may be true that everyone learns in different ways but having an expert take you by the hand and show you how they became a success is the best way to learn anything. People all over the world go to places of higher education to learn from experts for that very reason. Unfortunately, we as aspiring traders do not have a traditional school we can attend to learn the things we need, so we seek our education in other ways. After going through a maze of books, seminars and websites we can gain a certain level of understanding but that won’t necessarily translate into a practical application of the ideas presented.
To have someone there to guide me one-on-one through the process would enable me to ask the appropriate questions to fill in the gaps that may otherwise hold me back. It would be an invaluable service to help me end the seemingly endless cycle of frustration of trying to learn consistency in the markets.
My journey in trying to master trading started about five
Richard Warrington | March 10, 2009My journey in trying to master trading started about five years ago. I’ve attended many seminars and webinars from alot of the “big names” in the trading game. During this time my trading has gotten somewhat better but I feel that one on one mentoring would be of great benefit due to my personal way of learning. I read and comprehend well but when it comes to applying that knowledge I’ve found that having someone looking over you shoulder and watching and questioning why you are doing what your doing is of immense benefit to me. I can read and hear but having “the expert” their to further clarify what I’m doing really speeds up the learning process for me.
I have entertained the idea of becoming a trader for
Andy Coveney | March 10, 2009I have entertained the idea of becoming a trader for several months now and it has become clear to me that despite all the aids and advice on offer to the beginner and my puppy dog enthusiasm to embrace and learn, that the difference between success and failure is pretty small. I imagine the one on one training to be the cement in the foundation stones, the differnce between reaching the desired levels of freedom or woking in the 9 to 5 basement until life’s passed you by!
I’ve also played team sports all my life and I know that having a team or partner halves the pain on the losing days and doubles the fun, the banter, the experience, etc on the winning days.
One on One – bring it on!
One on one would be more like learning by doing,
Ernest Whitmore | March 10, 2009One on one would be more like learning by doing, rather than learning by reading and interrupting the lesson myself. If my interpatation was missing some important step, idea, or fact, I would have no idea until I went through trial and error. Even then there would be no guarantee it would sink in. While there are no guarantees, at least with someone to ask questions of, someone with experience, my chances would be better. In trading, one needs an edge to succeed, mentoring would be an edge.
I become interested in trading stocks while in the Navy
Adrian Snyders | March 10, 2009I become interested in trading stocks while in the Navy due to my mom’s occasional buying and selling – those days I opened my own brokerage account and “punted” stocks of 30 to 40c each times 50 to 100 thousand at a time – just a ten percent rise would return a couple of thousand rand for me without paying for it as I had seven days in those days to either resell or settle the account in! – anyway I was hooked on this “game” of buying and selling which required studying and reading the markets on a daily basis (newspapers, internet etc) – also very appealling from the point of working from my home office here in Fish Hoek , South Africa.
Since the late 80′s (I am now in my early forties!), I have discovered that up to now I have never been professionally taught on the basic concepts of trading (all self taught up to now) and it is only until recently that live trading and coaching programs or assistance like UMT is offering has become available – I have watched all the recorded webdinars of the UMT program and cannot wait to be in a position to buy my own membership/program including the live mentorship you guys are offering! I have in the past lost some good money (about R70K trading CFD”s Forex, Dow,FTSE , Dax, Warrants!!) through “naked trading” , “hot tips”, trading Fed Reserve announcements etc only to be taken out of the market by a sudden buying or selling movement – “THE IMPORTANCE OF INVESTING IN A LIVE MENTORSHIP ENVIRONMENT COUPLED WITH A POSITIVE RISK TO REWARD RATIO TRADING PROGRAM LIKE UMT IS OFFERING IS THE ULTIMATE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BECOMING A SUCCESSFULL TRADER AND ONE WHERE YOU ARE TRYING TO GO IT ALONE AND SAVE ON PROGRAM COSTS – I HAVE REACHED THE POINT WHERE I AM NOW READY TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I NEED FURTHER MENTORSHIP ASSISTANCE – THE UMT PROGRAM OFFERS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO BECOME SUCCESSFULL TRADER FROM THE EMPHASIS ON LIMITED RISK OR STOPLOSS TO LIMITING YOURSELF TO ONLY A FEW TRADES A DAY TO PREVENT OVERTRADING ETC. I JUST WISHED YOU GUYS WERE AVAILABLE IN THE LATE 80′S WHEN I REALLY NEEDED THAT EXPERT MENTORSHIP THEN!
Lastly the fact that you now offer a free 2 week temporarily access to your program must surely be enough proof that the UMT is a very successfull trading program with Exact Entry and Exit points – being a South African, I am still saving up to buy my own UMT program and winning one now will put me on the road to eventually becoming a successfull home-based trader.

I began putting money aside for my son's education and
CarolW | March 10, 2009I began putting money aside for my son’s education and for retirement for myself and my spouse years ago. It was supposed to be the thing to do so that we wouldn’t have to rely on Social Security and be able to retire and maintain the lifestyle we had (and it is a modestly comfortable lifestyle). Now I look at where it has gotten me and think that, while I am probably better off than a lot of other people I know that are my age, I am dismayed that my hard earned money has been put in the hands of those who could not possibly have the same passion to preserve my best interests that I have. I think it is time for me to take that responsiblity myself and find a way to make my money work for me. Unfortunately, I do not yet, feel have the expertise I need to be able to do this on a regular basis (time is also a factor). I would think that beign able to receive appropriate one on one training that is in line with my learning style and goals would allow me to achieve security for my future as well as my son’s.
Thanks
Winning the Net Picks training could very well change my
A Jordan | March 10, 2009Winning the Net Picks training could very well change my life. I am job hunting because I need an income in addition to my pension. However, I would much prefer to work from home and be available to my son. I have done some studying of options trading and my work experience and educational background show my life long interest in finance and investments. This opportunity could allow me to see my short term dream of financial independence and long term dream of building and running an inn and ranch resort become a reality.
This has to be about the only industry where you
Phil | March 10, 2009This has to be about the only industry where you can literally join in the market with the most basic knowledge and begin to trade. No wonder 90% of those who start blow their accounts and throw the towel in. So how can you overcome this hurdle? The answer is simple, training and mentorship. The problem is there are so many chatrooms, forums and free sites that everyone expects something for nothing. Actually to succeed in this business you need to invest not only time but money. When I look back over my trading career, if only I had sorted out the pscychology and then found a rule based trading system, backed up with live rooms and one to one support, well frankly the money I would have invested would have been miniscule compared to the reward. For most things in life we pay for expertise, so why is trading so different. Time after time the benefits of one on one training have proven to be hugely successful and Netpicks course sounds awesome!
success is contagious. UMT and team has been very successful.
Nik Desai | March 10, 2009success is contagious. UMT and team has been very successful. I would like to venture in their expertise to make the market show the hand to deal with it. Thi UMT system makes the market more preditable with target and loss known ahead of time and also system in place to have a nice money management. What else can you ask from a system? woth better that 60-65 % success rate, your chances improves vastly for a successful day.
Thanks

Success is contagious. UMT and Team has been very successful.
Nik Desai | March 10, 2009Success is contagious. UMT and Team has been very successful. The system which gives you target and loss and risk reward is a very good system. In a market where greed and fear decided the fate, what else can you ask from a system?? With success rate of 65% it makes market preditable and a successful day ever after couple of losing trades.

I've been trying for years to find a successful way
Maarten | March 10, 2009I’ve been trying for years to find a successful way to trade. My wife is wondering about my mental stability, my kids think I just might be a looser. But I know there’s a way. One on one mentoring could just be the key I’m looking for to unlock the vault to trading wealth – and back into the good books at home!! Are you prepared to help me? I’m prepared to do the work. The ball is in your court!

Simply put I have been a loser at almost everything
jeff | March 29, 2009Simply put I have been a loser at almost everything I’ve tried in my life! The only thing I have been successful at is staying drug and alchohal free one day at atime since 2005. Isn’t it time I became a winner in another area of my life?
Peace and prosperity
