This video takes you through one of the more popular requests we are getting, and that is for the index futures.  We cover the Russell, S&P and the Dow in this video.  What we think you’ll find cool about this video is the fact that we show you in the second half how we switch markets, even switch timeframes – jumping to more frequent, smaller tick charts, then over to straight timeframe charts and never once have to adjust any settings in the indicators.  Nothing gets optimized — we just change markets and timeframes and the same exact strategy applies.  Overall, it was a solid morning of trading — it got even better in the afternoon after the Fed announcement and you’ll get a few glimpses of how that would have done as well.  As always, please feel free to ask any questions in the “Comments” section and we’d be happy to answer you – we are checking those on a regular basis.  Thanks again for watching.

Hello, welcome back.  Hope you had a great weekend; holiday weekend for those of you in the U.S.

 We had quite a few requests for more forex videos, and in particular people wanted to see some “time” charts as well as what the forex currencies would look like, in addition to the spot currencies.  Today’s video we take you through it all.  The Pound and Euro currencies both on the spot currency market and the currency futures as well as show you the same trades on tick charts and time charts.  It’s an excellent overview of the options available to you and it happened to be an excellent trading session today which is always good to see coming off a slower holiday session.  The GBPUSD and EURUSD diverged today as well which was interesting as we were going long on the EURUSD while short on the GBPUSD but in all cases it was just a matter of using the exact same strategy – no matter how we changed the timeframe or the markets.  You can check it out here:

The last few videos down below we’ve shown you the power of the Universal Market Trader when it comes to trading forex and futures.  Today’s video we are covering stocks.  The example is Apple and instead of showing day trading you get to see how the exact same strategy works on swing trading; where we hold trades for several days even up to a couple of weeks depending upon the strength of the move.  Even more interesting, we show you a really unique wrinkle that a lot of people might not have considered before – rather than just swing trading off of daily charts, you get to see swing trading off of a “195 Minute” chart.  Clearly, that is not the usual timeframe you hear about very often but given with the Universal Market Trader you have complete flexibility with timeframes, we can use a 195 minute chart – which is just two bars per day.  Instead of one bar on a daily chart, we get almost double the activity by printing two bars per day; quicker entries and more opportunities yet we are not having to day trade and can still manage this easily once per day when the markets are closed.  Take a look here:

Hello.  Welcome back.  Quite a few of you seemed interested in watching the Universal Market Trader do its stuff on the Dax Futures.  This video captures the last 3 days — and we take you through all the set-ups.  The outcome was quite good, and 2 of the 3 days were excellent.  One day was much more mixed but it’s always important to see how your strategy handles both the good days and the ones that are more challenging.  The Dax Futures can also be traded in a variety of timeframes, including swing trading.  It is an ideal market for some due to their schedules – though that will vary by your location around the world.

This video you’ll be able to watch with the link just below is going to take you through the Universal Market Trader, trading the EURJPY forex currency pair.  We show a daytrading approach in this example and cover the last 24 hours where we had 4 profitable set-ups and 1 negative set-up.  This gave us over 60 pips of profit on these set-ups and you get to see us walk through the strategy.  You’ll see it is not difficult to identify the entry levels and we show you how we simply have a mechanical place to put our stops on each trade, and from there make one quick calculation to get our profit target.  These stops/targets are dynamic, meaning they are adjusted by the activity on the charts to take into account the current price action – which tunes them up nicely to how the markets are trading ‘now’ — rather then impose one fixed target and stop.  The name of the game with this method is all about flexibility and targets and stops are get adjusted in an easy way on every trade.  It’s important to always have an exact game plan on your trades and we try to give you that at all times.
